Having been immersed in the real estate sector from a very young age, I decided to turn my passion into my profession and create Key Portugal.
In 2007, I started buying my first properties in Belgium with a clear objective: to maximise the profitability of my investments. I also participated in the development of the family business, which focused on asset development.
In 2008, after obtaining my master's degree in management from the Brussels School of Business (ICHE), I started my professional experience in the construction sector, on behalf of a Belgian company, in India!
It was in 2013 that I arrived in Portugal with the ambition of becoming the specialist in second homes for French speakers.
Portugal quickly became the obvious choice for me, thanks to its low prices (following the property crisis), extraordinary tax benefits (particularly for pensioners with income tax exemption) and above all its extraordinary quality of life; all less than 3 hours away by plane!
My three years' experience in this market has been extremely positive and success was not long in coming. My knowledge of the market, of Portuguese and the development of a network (carefully selected estate agents, banks, developers) are assets that enable prospective buyers to be guided in this new environment.
My expertise and my ability to listen are elements that offer potential buyers the opportunity to focus on properties with real advantages, whether it be a main residence, a holiday home or an investment with a good return!
